What's this?
With the facade and courtyard program, the city of Bad Salzuflen has created an important building block for upgrading Schötmar. With the help of financial support from the federal government and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, facades, front gardens and courtyards that characterize the cityscape can be embellished in private real estate. Funding is based on an award guideline.
WHAT IS FUNDED?
Measures for the redesign of facades (including windows) and roofs, the repair, reconstruction and new construction of road space boundaries by quarry stone walls as well as unsealing and greening of previously sealed areas are funded. In addition to the attractive design, it is also about the value of the building.
How much is the funding?
How can I apply for funding?
The grant is max. 50% of the eligible costs incurred, but max. 20,000 euros per funding object. Measures with eligible costs of 1,000 euros or more are funded.
